Commerce Green One – Acquisition Announcement

Tanglewood Property Group is pleased to announce the acquisition of Commerce Green One located at 14090 Southwest Freeway, Sugar Land TX, a 110,000 square foot office building in the Sugar Creek Business Park. The property is 82% leased. This is Tanglewood’s third office building acquisition in 2014 after purchasing 5300 West Sam Houston Parkway North earlier this year and 2000 Bering Drive last month.

Henry Hagendorf and Cliff Rudolph represented Tanglewood Property Group in the acquisition.
